Someone pointed out you’d told them you hadn’t been for 7 years and so you used your daughter’s illness as an excuse for not going! Then you claimed she was better and your wife bought you a half season ticket for Christmas.
I never rated Lyall as much as I did Greenwood and clearly that offends you but it’s true. I did go to our two finals - both under Lyall management. I’ve still got my 1980 programme...
